Okay, so I have a really gay and newfag question.

Uh... I forgot how the VIP leaf thing works? Is it something you put in the options or is it a time thing or what?
I'm sure I've had a past for a few years, though I guess I'm not sure if its been consecutive years.

Do you actually need a pass to do it? I can't seem to find information in the FAQ or rules, and trying to search for it just brings up a bunch of stupid shit like news sites talking shit about us.
