Minutes after my last post I tried posting elsewhere still on my phone's Network and then the error popped up. So I tried turning on my Wi-Fi and logging in and logging out but then it says pic related

I'm on CGNAT so my IP changes every time HTTP keepalive expires. I only see pic related when logging out and back in, never seen an error other than when actually trying to post.

I've always had this problem due to my mobile carrier frequently changing IPs, it's frustrating, but I do have some schizo theories that there's some fuckery going on because I sometimes get this error when I know my IP address hasn't changed, sometimes it happens right after I post but mostly after I report a post.

It was particularly bad yesterday so I went and deleted all cookies on my mobile browser and the problem seems to have cleared up a bit. I think it's cookies logging too many old IPs and throwing out this error because it thinks I'm logged in with an older IP even though I logged out and back in.

When you're on your cell network your IP changes whenever you're in range of a closer tower. Depending where that could be, your IP would be changing constantly.
When you switch IPs there's a 30 minute(i think) lockout before you can post again.
When you switched to WiFi that's an entirely different IP.
Now that you understand this, plan accordingly

It's also tied to your browsers user agent.
If you alternate between browsers or you haven't add-on that randomizes your browser user agent every time you do something, it's going to always complain about your IP
