The constant variable is always humans: humans only have so many thoughts and reactions when interacting with each other or the environment, so the same responses internally happen to the same stimuli externally, causing there to be patterns that seem "divine" but it's literally just because these bipedal monkey that can survive in different environments due to technology are not having original thoughts (OC) and when OC does occur, they fucking kill and eat it or worship it like some fucking OC master.
It isn't all that deep when it comes to interaction with external stimuli (but you can't take things out of historical context too, talking about "how things where" and upholding those views is literally a sign of psychopathy, as "imagined things in the past or future" are not the realities of the present and exist purely in the imagination.
