This happens whenever I phonepost. Sounds like you're either doing the same, or you have some weird internet configuration where your IP is frequently changing.

The reason it happens on phones is that your phone's IP is always changing. Why it would happen on your computer, I don't know. My home IP is the same no matter what I do.

Happens to me too. I only use my pass on my phone and its mobile network too. Incredibly frustrating but doesn't keep me locked out for too long.

But the "used by another IP" happens more often after I report rather than after posting. I have schizo theories that my pass has been marked by staff or something because my reports get deliberately ignored even though it's very blatant rule breaking stuff, like some /vt/ fags avatarfagging with some vtuber character on boards that stuff doesn't belong on. The only time they listen is when the offending anon posts straight up porn. It's tiresome.
