Some generals I participate in are filled with retards who I very much wish to ignore but without IDs this is essentially impossible.

Even if they did add the IDs are you just going to add their new ID to your filter everytime your general gets a new thread? Sounds kind of annoying and tedious desu ne

Although I didn't know people add many different ID filters everytime they scroll through a new thread.

I honestly cannot imagine not doing so. There is only so much disgusting pornography and general retardation that I can take and it is a far better use of my time to spend the few seconds required to filter IDs than to try and sift through a gigantic pile of shit.

It's really no effort to ID spoof either. When /bant/ was first a thing I messed around with it there and it only ever took like 2 minutes to force a new ID. People would just spoof to samefag anyway.
