>>27324In a visual medium it's obviously incredibly important, so I put a lot of value into it. If a movie or TV series doesn't have good cinematography it can be kind of a pain to watch. However, that doesn't mean that I need really complex visuals: I think games like Dwarf Fortress and Nethack are beautiful in the simplicity of their visuals and how it lets you use your imagination to fill in all the pieces.
