1. passholders can post pictures and text
2. non-passholders can post one (1) picture per hour, and can post text and respond to other non-passholders
3. a non-passholder MAY NOT directly respond to a passholder, but a passholder may respond to a non-passholder
4. non-passholders MAY NOT use special characters, fancy text, or any other premium features
5. a new option will be added to the post menu "PUNISH NON-PASSHOLDER" if a non-passholder upsets a passholder for any reason- the passholder may set all of the non-passholders text to be covered by spoiler/censorship bars. they can also be muted completely for up to an hour, once per day
6. non-passholders are required to show tits and timestamp whenever it is asked of them or they risk a ban
7. non-passholders can not create threads
8. non-passholders must complete three (3) captchas in order to post once
9. non-passholders must sit at the back of the bus
10. non-passholders may not use the the common shared areas such as the computer lab or kitchen
11. the punishment for non-passholders breaking any of these rules shall be death by firing squad
