anyone else having huge problems answering calls?

i use a handsfree to protect my membranes.

i need some extra seconds to pick up because of that.

everyone who calls me get pissed at slightest noise or delay.
and then they just start on me.

bad operators and tapping doesnt help

why are some callers so entitled idiots?
