Perhaps something similar to what my old university did with their email system separating students and staff:

mods, admins etc. get @4chan.org addresses

VIP users get @vip.4chan.org addresses, they get their token as their email address and maybe some system for claiming some limited number of aliases (no tokens or "admin" type addresses)

I think it would end up being disruptive.
Users would set up private discussions and dischords, taking away content from the threads.
The spirit of anonymity would go out the window.
That being said, I would like to have a @4chan.org email, I would never post it on 4chan though.
