I did it the bitcoin atm route last time and had leftover bitcoin that didn't add up to enough for a pass this year. Used that site instead and it worked easily which saved me the stop to the atm.
Just be sure to hit renew in the top right of the front page if you're trying to keep an old pass.

I feel your pain, it was annoying as fuck to get it done this year, especially with all the GME bullshit making it harder to transfer money to payment platforms. Took me about a week to get the money into my account, convert it to bitcoins, and make the actual purchase.

And due to how volatile the market was, it ended up costing me around the equivalent of $35 for the pass. Kinda bullshit tbqh, but it wasn't technically their fault,j so what can you do right?

Reminds me of when I bought and sold at least several hundreds of BTC in university to pay for a seedbox and a few other niceties, buying nearly the exact amount from a local dealer to cover my payments.
Of course I eventually lost the primary wallet when I re-installed linux without backing up my dotfiles. Probably had ~.3 or so in it, which was forgettable at the time.
I still managed to keep a decent ~$4000 to this day from other wallets I had forgotten about though, so I won't have to buy more anytime soon.
