If we go by real world equivalents like
>>44138023, then the Kalos area would have been settled around 1.8mya, and would have existed in a precursor to its current form since around AD 500.
Sinnoh would have human activity starting around 15kya, but there's a gap in records until
somewhere around AD650-700, by which point it would have been a precursor to modern Sinnoh, albeit under another name.
In this case, isolated tribes would have existed in Kalos long before Sinnoh, but the actual civilizations would be established around the same time.
This is ignoring Gaul, which was in largely the same area as modern France in 600 BC. If that's considered the start of Kalos history, it definitely predates Sinnoh.
