Ability Buffs: Motor Drive now redirects Electric-Type moves, similar to Lightning Rod. Reckless damage boost now also applies to moves which lower the user's stats upon use (Overheat, Hammer Arm, ect)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, High Horsepower, Close Combat, Play Rough, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Swords Dance, Throat Chop
Wild Charge Buff: Is now 120 base power. To compensate, Volt Tackle is now 150 base power
