While the "teddy" part of the teddy bear's name is indeed from Teddy Roosevelt, the actual design of the teddy bear itself is based on the bear he refused to shoot during a hunting trip, hence its original name, "Teddy's Bear".
In essence, you're asking me if I have an intense desire to fuck the man it's named after or the bear it's based on. To choose between man or bear. Obviously, I would choose
