but see there's the rub, they are not animals but pokemon, but then they draw them more like irl animals (mostly dog/wolf like features) and most pokemon tend to have very simplistic rounded designs for the most part.

Those are way more common than the Pokemon threads. Sometimes a new one gets made as soon as the old one is archived. Like a lot of fetish threads, they always use poorly disguised OPs to try and make it look like a normal thread that’s just asking a normal question. So if you want to find them, you need to keep an eye open.

Probably won't do a full finish (building exteriors hurt me) but I did play around with it a bit.
Zapdos is weird cus I don't think there's any official art of its wings being tucked in, so its whole standing pose is up to interpretation. I think the poof is mostly coming from the tail being rounded when it should stay spiky.
