EX Masterfairs are banners that have 3% limited rate. The featured EX MF character is still 1%, but now you have 1% chance to get the two featured PF (0.5% each), and 1% for the rest of the pool. So you could unlock Atticus in a separate EX MF banner. The only expection is base Carmine, I don't know why, and I'd be a little surprised if she wasn't in EX MF pool since she was just added to Pokefair ticket scout/select.
If I recharge, I might consider trying to finish Mix to get Perrin, cause I am going to draw on Arc Brock... him alongside Anni Gloria and Perrin is the ultimate physical DPS user.
