>>22363509>>22363532There's no real rules to it. Just do whatever you gotta do to keep it fresh. I don't train /every/ Pokemon I catch right away and Nuzleaf's been on the team since I caught it.
It's really lax, dudes. Shake up your team when you feel it's right, or when your pokemon get fully evolved. Or don't. Do whatever. Maybe one thing to try is to never use the same team for each gym. Or switch one pokemon out for another after reaching every town.
Don't matter. Just catch them all, train them all, and have a good time.
