Most of them? At least the one's that I won't die having sex with like, I'm pretty sure a Slugma would automatically kill you by attempting to have sex with you...its made of lava. Poison types as well, I'm not 100% sure but I feel like that would get you some type of infection or disease or illness.
Though I could be wrong, there's many Pokemon who seem to be able to breed with different species without horrible disfigurement or death, so it might be okay?
