What'll likely happen is that the Finals will be narrowed down to MegaZardX VS GreninjAsh as the 2 remaining Pokemon.

Then, before the deciding blow the battle will be called off/interrupted as Team Flare starts their final keikaku.

Then later on we'll get the final Ash VS Alan which is only MegaZardX VS GreninjAsh which will indirectly mean that Ash would have had won the League had it not been interrupted.
