Post high school, I start seeing the same people on social media play Pokemon Go or have a Pikachu plush, or that one 151 poster you can get at Walmart. And I think to myself, "fuck you. " I didn't forget how you treated me. I'm glad I was bold enough to love something that made me happy while your own fragility on the subject made you lash out. Now that you're smarter, you're trying to recapture that childhood love you pushed away. Do you ever think of me when you see it? Do you think about how you were a bully in school? Probably not.
