Not that Careful/Sassy is bad but there are better bulky Ghost and/or Grass types better suited to tanking special hits like Venusaur/Jellicent/Cofagrigus/etc and there are better defensive and offensive spinblockers.
Besides, with a +Def nature and a Lum berry you can WoW stall every non-boosting physical attacker outside of Crawdaunt or things with Knock Off.
