Emily's weapon transforms. Some Pokemon have special gimmicks/techniques or special items. And these things usually are manifested with their Infinity Energy. Like Lucario's aura, or how the hammer seems innate to the Tinkaton line and that it seems to "evolve" alongside it's wielder upon going through each form. Emily calls them Forte. Her "Forte" is simply "Arsenal" in her own words, since she doesn't want to sound like an actual Chuuni by calling it something grander than that. You'll be seeing more than just Greatsword swinging in the fic chapters to come.
