Its name? Chikorita to Meganium. Meganium turns to be in some way feminine-looking thanks to the big flower, but it doesn't go overload with it. A simple big flower to compliment the design of a plant growing up and add a feminine flavor, and nothing else than that. I may not care it and prefer Typhlosion and Feraligatr, but I still like it, and prefer Meganium to the that thing, Primarina.

And to be fair, if you watch the anime, popplio is obviously queer.Perhaps I admit that this is in fact kept, and that Primarina does have something from Popplio, but Primarina still looks pretty terrible.
