It powers up her already strong Water attacks, Swift Swim is always active so Floatzel and co. outspeed me no matter what, and she has a custom move Aquabatics which is a special version of Dragon Dance. Plus she's a water gym leader with good coverage.
Thankfully I had her kryptonite - Dry Skin fuckin Heliolisk. Qwilfish swapped out to Seaking first turn because the AI likes swapping immunity abilities when it thinks it's necessary, then I stalled the fuck out of her Seaking by swapping between Doflamingo on Waterfall/Kain on Poison Jab and Bounce. She got tired, swapped to Lanturn, so I swapped to Muzan who one hit killed it. Out came Qwilfish but this time she swapped to Primarina on Doffy. I Glare once fearing Aquabatics, but she's aggressive and begins attacking, so I Charge up and, thanks to the field powering up electric attacks, kill her (if you wonder why the random Swirlix, that was literally a sack for Primarina, I had zero guaranteed way to get through this thing). Floatzel is out but I swap to Phibrizzo to FeatherDance and 1v1 it, then Qwilfish is slowly drained of its non-Water attacks, and Dewgong only has Water attacks, so Doffy cleans up.
