Serebii only has 3 listed:
Oran+Pecha = Qualot
Iapapa+Mago = Pomeg
Leppa+Aspear = Hondew
You have to plant these two next to each other and there's a chance the yield will have those berries mixed in (Notice the different berries in the bushes). Surprise mulch increases teh chance of this.
So it's in your best interest to NEVER plant the same two berries adjacent to each other.
