Steven Stone's armbands = Aggron (should have had a Metagross reference but hey.)
Crasher Wake's head-fins = Gyarados' back fins
Fantina's dress has a Drifloon X pin/accessory, and she uses Drifblim
Cynthia's hair-bundle-things = Lucario's Aura hair-fur-danglers (should have had a Garchomp reference instead like Steven.)
Alder's massive hair is reminiscent of Volcarona.
Iris's big ponytail puffs that are over her head have a similar silhouette to Hydreigon's arm-heads.
Drayden's crazy as fuck beard = Druddigon's jaw.
Grimsely's hair spikes in the back always gave me a Honchkrow vibe, but that might be a stretch.
Lysandre's maybe-even-more-absurd-than-Alder's hair = Pyroar's mane
Ryuki's inward-facing-chest-spikes is reminiscent of Turtonator's shell spikes.
Took a quick glance at Bulba's character page for these, I'm sure there's more if you looked harder.
Alain's scarf = Mega Charizard X's side mouth-flames.
