Because while we're all very familiar with Chansey, Audino, at this point, but we've gotten like three(?) games where they've just casually brought up that they *don't* have psychotherapists in the Pokemon world. They have clinics where a Drowzee, Hypno, or Musharna, is brought in and people are put to sleep and this creature literally eats your mental illness until it's all gone.
