Save for stuff like Salazzle I can breed + EV train any mon to level 50 in one hour max. And if you're ACTUALLY smart about it, you can do several mons at the same time (levels and shared EVs) which shaves off hours.
Call me an autist, but I find it fun and satisfying.
Also injection is cheating, plain and simple. Yes, it sucks for people that don't give a shit about breeding, but that's how Pokemon is and was for the longest time. Direct these issues to Game Freak; don't shame others so that you can feel justified in cheating
