Any Legendary is easy to fight except for Necrozma, which is the only hard part of USUM btw, the other totems are easy but they're a step-up from gyms in general imo.
No gym leader in Gen V except for the the chef trio, the normal type chick and Cheren is easier than any Gen VI gym leader.
