I think I get the basic gist of it, from what I've read here and saw in some videos
>get all the jungle mobs to get to level 5>go to a lane to help out (usually I go to bot unless top is getting goatsee'd or it has only 1 or 0 players from my team)>depending on how long that takes, I either go back to do another jungle rotation or stick around to help with the Swablu/Altaria group for the extra xp>After the Swablu, rotate again and then go down to bot RegiThen after that I kinda just try to keep the jungle buffs up and help out where it seems more relevant. Admittedly, I still forget about the jungle Swablu/Altaria often, but I'm trying to fix that.

Even in the main games she's used more as a damage sponge and support than to actually attack.
