I'm not the OP that's responding to everything in this thread, but people crying about this "spiral" or "slippery slope" shit just come off as desperate.
Maybe the game will become more shit in subsequent releases, but for this one I see most of what's going on here as an improvement besides the dex cut.
If they really did start cutting shit I cared about, then I won't buy the games, simple as that. But currently they haven't while also adding stuff I wanted to have in the game.
