It sits at a nice 531 BST, but the spread is quite mediocre for the higher tiers. It has a nice speed that coupled with swift swim makes it maybe the fastest pokemon in rain (only outsped by Floatzel). It may have a niche as an rain team check, but its low SpDef is not to brag. An Assault vest might help.
