>>32590218Honestly I never really gave much thought before as to why I liked Misty's original anime outfit among the best of all her incarnations. I kind of want to say it's because it's cute, fitting, and shows off her legs. I do also like the possibility that she doesn't wear any socks with her shoes.
Tomboy wise Misty has the look and I always did like how she would get angry and could be opinionated, she wasn't sweet all the time.
