If Entei can reproduce asexually just by roaring why are they considered rare, much less legendary? Every time someone releases an Entei another one should be born, who can then spawn endless Entei's also the world should be a really fucked up place with all the volcano eruptions.
Also there's the lore about them being born from Ho-oh and the burnt tower which contradicts this.
