It's, like, a really butter heavy cookie dough that you roll into balls and stick in aluminium muffin tins and then put a piece of candy (specifically Dumle chocolate covered toffees) into them. They're not cookies in the traditional sense, I guess, but that's what they're called.
I made them for my sister's birthday tomorrow so I used her favorite kind of chocolate instead of Dumle and they still turned out really well so that's good to know. Need to chuck them in the freezer though because they don't hold together particularly well at room temp, but that's just the way that recipe works.
