For prep on a recruiter, hypermax a mon you like and a mon in IQ Group B with gummis and seeds for an easier time, the latter mon being required to get Kecleon and also making things easier through Nature Gifter IQ skill, letting it raise a whole party's worth of mons with seed HP/level buffs.
