I love BW2 and I love this music but lets not pretend this area is much better than Ultra Corridor. It's a hallway, you walk through it and don't come back unless you wanna treat it as a glorified MP3 player. It comes at a really weird opportunity in the story too. this comes right after you see Team Plasma fly around laying waste to Unova, it's supposed to be a tense, dangerous point in the story. It would be better to walk through here after beating Team Plasma as a "remember everything you've gone through on your adventure to get to this point" kind of moment
