alright, time for a quick Kanto update.
We took on Lt. Surge as soon as we landed. Sudowoodo and Quagsire manhandled his team, and that's one badge.
I then moved on to complete the power plant sidequest: on the way to Celadon I took a little visit to the game corner, and noticed a tantalizing price... I spent an hour grinding the slots in Goldenrod, and thus meet TarTar, the newest addition to the team. Sudowoodo was sent to retirement, where he can enjoy his time with former team members Graveler and Victreebel.
The boxes are starting to fill up, and there are a couple mons I'd like to use if I wasn't already satisfied with the current team (that un-evolvable shiny onix, sigh). I took on Erika second so that I can give Giga Drain to Crobat.
