Then give them actual usable move sets. Move Tutors last gen actually made them somewhat viable for fun, but lack of tutors in X/Y returns them to beyond useless tier. Just give the poor fuckers some moves, Game Freak.
I'm not suggesting that they become competitively viable or some shit, just usable IN-GAME. Stop making garbage mons with zero use, even if they are pre-evos.
