>>51642409I'm actually surprised that no one has done a romhack of Emerald which has post-game area based off of Chugoku or Shikoku that has a bunch of Kanto and Johto Pokemon in it. Emerald added a bunch of battle facilities to RS as a post-game timesink, but it didn't add that much in terms of exploration. Hoenn is big enough that it doesn't really need a full region added like the Johto games, but this mini-region based on Shikoku could be the equivalent of the Fight Area in Sinnoh or the extra places added to BW in BW2 (like Floccesy Ranch, Virbank City, Castelia Sewers, etc.), just a little bigger. Shikoku makes more sense since Cianwood City in Johto is based off Tokushima prefecture in Shikoku, and Route 47 is where they added the Embedded Tower containing the Hoenn legendary in HGSS. I think it could also be a nice way of tying in RSE with GSC.
