Claire wasn't that difficult, I even brought Raise along just for fun and he cleared the Dragonair to let Flush go into Kingdra fresh. The kimono girls were a bit harder, almost killing False Deal and Strength, but no biggie. Just when I thought I had been doing so well, disaster struck. RIP Discard, you always pulled through for us, even if he never stood in the spotlight. At least he went down in a way he deserved, fighting a legendary pokémon. Lugia then also nearly killed False Deal and Flush, luckily he decided to heal Flush through water absorb instead of killing him.
Now Victory Road awaits and I have to choose who to fill that final slot. I probably won't bring Raise, as much as I'd love to, because I doubt he'll be able to transform into anything useful without getting killed in the E4. I still have some encounters to catch, so I might wait a little bit longer before choosing. Mareep or Graveler are probably the most logical choices to fill the gap, but Lickilicky and Delibird are some of my favourite mons of all time. Dratini is cool, but too much of a pain for me to train.
>>44967369I play all games of gen 4+ on the console, so no speed-up for me. I prefer being able to sit back and watch a stream or something while playing the game.
>>44969341Sounds pretty cool. Normally I don't bother with EVs in the main game, including nuzlockes, but in that romhack it seems very useful.
>>44969583Nice job against Araquanid. That totem is one of the hardest battles I've ever had in a pokémon game.
>>44969135>>44969782Congratulations! Couldn't have been easy with those losses. Good luck in Crystal with those encounter bans.
>>44970737Too bad it didn't work out with Buttons, especially since she's been around for so long. Furfrou don't tend to do so well in the late game in my experience, so I'm impressed you got her that far to begin with.
