Their inclusion in the humanlike egg group is meaningless, most likely done to make them seem cuter. They’re taking the reverse path from what you’re suggesting. Now when Jessie dresses as a gardevoir, she’s in a full body mascot outfit. Now when gardevoir talks, it talks in a silly high pitched voice. They WERE presented as a relatively humanlike Pokemon, now they aren’t.
