Destiny Tower went a lot smoother than I was expecting considering the enemies were on par with that were in Kyogre and Groudons dungeons (who all had >250hp and took off more than half my health with each attack). Thanks anon who said to go with thunderpunch since there weren't all that many super heavy pokemon and Kyogre had more than enough power to make up for not having focus punch.
