Galarian Rapidash adorns itself with a pretty pink heart, because its own heart is lacking. The creature is a modern unicorn; Stuck-up. Haughty. Disdainful. Created with the intention of selling merchandise. Dressed up in superficial glitz 'n' glam because its creator had no understanding of why unicorns are so beloved in the first place.
