I'm currently in a PhD program, fourth year. I was able to teach a great course this semester that I was really looking forward to. We have 3 graders, 3 instructors; I was one instructor. Everyone else (except for the Professor) is a PhD student.
One of the graders, a PhD student, fucking sucks. I cannot stand him. He misses deadlines, then whines about his "mental health" and "sleep issues," only to post about how he and his girlfriend are going skiing the next day. Every time we try to talk to him he claims he's being 'attacked' and that we're dismissing his mental illnesses.
I actually have a diagnosed mental illness but I'm keeping deadlines, teaching classes, and my students enjoyed class. Everything that gets fucked up is due to his doing, and it's so bad the professor is firing him so he can't teach/grade with us next semester. I'm just so looking forward to not dealing with his stupid ass next year. He's whining that the professor is discriminating against him, and he's filing a petition against the professor for discrimination.
He think's the remaining four of us are going to back him up. We are absolutely not. He dug his grave, he gets to sleep in it.
