Sorry to burst anyone's delusion bubbles but the only people that were ever banned we're the ones bot farming accounts to resell. Yes they've made sniping like 3 seconds more complex and yes they've added and changed around the cooldown time to make it slower but unless they apply some real intrusive updates so they can tell exactly what you're doing they can't and won't ban.
