Farts aren't inheerently sexual so the bots will often follow that plotline if presented (and sometimes unprompted) in order to write the lewd stories that they were trained with and that the users often give positive feedback to.
It can be explained by organic developments:
1 - bots are trained with lewd stories
2 - bots are encouraged to be lewd by user feedback
3 - bots are censored by a filter system that makes it harder for the bots to receive feedback
4 - Both bots and users try to circumvent the filter by using euphemisms and focusing on fringe, odd fetishes
Or it could just be that the devs love scat and farts and allow it
