It's Klingklang. The worst Pokemon is Klingklang. Its ugly, it's part of a terrible, uninspired line, and it has a terrible name. Palpitoad, Cryogonal, and Incineroar are all pretty terrible as well, but for the bottom of the barrel worst, I think Klingklang has it.
