Found out that Meowth can barely take one Hyper ray from Gyarados, used the recharge time to set up Xdef, Xspec and a few Double teams, luckily haven't hit by crits. One shotted with Thunderbolt.
Aereodactyl manged to survive Thunderbolt has been a matter of time and items.
Turns out that Dragonite can tank pretty well all my damaging moves, had to set up a few Xatt. Meowth can take his Hyper beam only thanks Xdef.
After that Return One shotted the rest of his team.
