Welp, Wattson swatted my last run. To bump the thread until I post my next run, I made an Emerald tier list because I've probably run (and lost) this game more than anyone else. My placements are based on general strength, availability, practicality, and in-game matchups. Tiers are roughly ordered. Feel free to call me a dumbass for my bad opinions.
