I think its a different feeling for others but I hated ORAS for how much they changed everything when I was just hoping for a more modern remaster.
I remember dropping the game around the point you get to the ash area because it felt like such a downgrade compared to the original.
the only thing that bothers me about BDSP is the lazy pokemon animations for some moves.
Like seriously, I pick up a psyduck and he just moves upward a bit using “fury swipes”
Like at least have them do a little punch or other relevant animation for every move.
The over-world could be better, but its not offensive either and it looks like how I would expect it to so its fine.
Interiors and little details like reflective floors/cloud shadows are a very nice touch though.
